Shadows
Dancing in the moon light
starkly naked in the glare of the sun.
reflected in the eyes of love
To find you deep within
search the souls that mirror our image
Look first all around - embrace truth.
In the shadows hear soft tender sorrow
speaking of anger, of grief, of pain
in the midst of gentle kisses caressing open hearts
Shadows surround past and future
in the light of today
they light the heavens
